Remove vial from freezer & add 2 mL of Normal Saline This equals 100,000 Units (DO NOT USE FOR TESTING)
Add 0.1 mL of Pen G 100,000 Units to 0.9 mL of Normal Saline This equals 10,000 Units. USE FOR SCRATCH & ID TESTING Expires: 1 Day
Ampicillin 2 Grams
Mix 7.4 mL of Sterile Water into stock bottle This equals 250 mg (DO NOT USE FOR TESTING) Expires: 1 Month
Add 0.1 mL of 250 mg Ampicillin to 0.9 mL of Normal Saline This equals 25 mg USE FOR SCRATCH TESTING
Add 0.1 mL of 25 mg Ampicillin to 0.9 mL of Normal Saline This equals 2.5 mg USE FOR ID TESTING Expires: 1 Day
Cefazolin (Ancef) 1 Gram
