IVIG Ordering

MD must place orders into epic. NO PAPER ORDERS!

Danvers location is not taking IVIG patients at this time

After orders placed patient should call infusion center for apt / insurance coverage

• for Medicare they do own PA's
• if other insurance call “outpatient coordinator” and they will review if needs PA

• Only has Privigen for IVIG
• Print out previous order
• Complete new order and have MD review and sign - Order sheets 3 pages, please have MD sign ALL
• Fax to Bev Hosp Medical Day Care with LOV notes
